The posting

In this role, you will help build, maintain, and continuously improve the digital shopping experience for a US-based eCommerce and lifestyle brand. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and eCommerce teams to bring campaigns, promotions, product launches, and customer-facing website experiences to life.

This is a hands-on website execution and optimization role where you will build and manage landing pages using CMS and visual page-building tools, execute website updates, perform thorough QA, support A/B testing, and use analytics and customer behavior insights to identify opportunities to improve conversion and usability.

As a senior-level contributor, you will independently manage projects from brief through build, QA, launch, and optimization while maintaining a polished, accurate, mobile-friendly, and customer-focused website experience.

  • Work directly with US-based Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and eCommerce teams.
  • Own meaningful website projects from brief through build, QA, launch, and optimization.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to eCommerce conversion optimization, A/B testing, analytics, SEO, and customer behavior.
  • Use modern CMS, website-building, analytics, and AI tools as part of your day-to-day work.
  • Have the opportunity to influence the digital customer experience through your ideas and recommendations.
  • Join a collaborative environment where independent thinking, ownership, and continuous improvement are encouraged.
  • Build experience supporting a fast-paced US eCommerce and lifestyle brand.
  • Build and maintain campaign, acquisition, and promotional landing pages using CMS and visual/drag-and-drop website-building tools.
  • Translate campaign briefs, creative assets, copy, and business objectives into polished, conversion-focused digital experiences.
  • Make thoughtful decisions around page structure, content hierarchy, imagery, messaging, calls to action, and mobile usability.
  • Execute website updates supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, merchandising, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Independently manage website assignments from initial request through build, QA, launch, and post-launch review.
  • Apply eCommerce, UX, accessibility, and conversion best practices to improve the customer experience and reduce friction.
  • Conduct thorough QA across desktop and mobile, including links, buttons, forms, imagery, content, formatting, and interactive components.
  • Use GA4 and other analytics tools to evaluate website and landing-page performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Build and support A/B tests, monitor results, and apply learnings to future website experiences.
  • Use customer behavior insights, including heatmaps and session recordings when available, to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain on-page SEO elements including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Proactively identify website issues, usability concerns, and opportunities for improvement before they impact the customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and eCommerce teams to deliver accurate and timely website experiences.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research, analysis, content development, and problem-solving while independently validating outputs and applying sound judgment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with eCommerce websites, landing pages, website content, digital merchandising, or a similar digital role.
  • Strong hands-on experience using CMS or visual/drag-and-drop website-building platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, Instapage, Landingi, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to independently build polished, mobile-friendly, conversion-focused landing pages without relying on coding.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, landing-page, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Strong visual judgment across page layout, content hierarchy, spacing, imagery, calls to action, and mobile experiences.
  • Hands-on experience using GA4 or similar website analytics tools to evaluate performance and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing, including building test variations, monitoring performance, and applying learnings to future website improvements.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO, including metadata, headings, alt text, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong website QA practices across desktop and mobile.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple website projects from brief through build, QA, launch, and optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to clearly explain website recommendations and decisions.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, analysis, content development, and problem-solving while critically evaluating and validating outputs.
  • Basic HTML and CSS for understanding website structure and making minor adjustments when needed.
  • Heatmapping and session-recording tools for analyzing customer behavior and identifying usability opportunities.
  • eCommerce merchandising, including product placement, featured content, and promotional modules.
  • Accessibility best practices for creating more usable and inclusive digital experiences.
  • SEO considerations for AI-powered and evolving search experiences.
  • Writing and editing concise website copy, including headlines, calls to action, and supporting content.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
