The Bilingual CSR will take on the role of "Global Payroll Processor". You will be responsible for providing Global Payroll process support to a book of clients contracted for Global Payroll Administration services. Key components of this support include assisting with data management, including but not limited to, data validation and reconciliation, data correction/entry within Workday and handling of employee inquiries.

Also a part of this support model, the Processor assists the Global Payroll Specialist by ensuring tight controls of the payroll process are met in a high-quality manner. This position ensures strict adherence to GDPR guidelines by ensuring data privacy is secured at all times. Together, with the leadership of the Specialist, the Processor supports the quality gateway to an accurate and timely payroll in the designated countries he/she supports.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensures quality payroll via adherence to documented standard operating procedures and processing checklists
  • Provides resolution to employee, manager and local HR inquiries, using sound communication techniques via OSVS case management tool and the payroll partner’s ticketing tool.
  • Manage the Global Payroll OSV country case pool for the associated countries the Processor supports
  • Gather, format and transmit critical payroll data, interfaces and manual files based on strict payroll calendar timelines to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely.
  • Process large amounts of data in Workday, where required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security standards, including, but not limited to those tenents outlined in GDPR and SOC, with a constant focus on the safeguarding employee data
  • Serve as a positive and productive member of team oriented environment.
  • Can work independently and confidentially but is comfortable seeking assistance when unsure of how to proceed
  • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Support and meet all Service Level Policy agreements, response time and accuracy.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by Manager
