As a Salesforce Developer, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions to meet the strategic goals of our organization. Your role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient applications while maintaining high standards of code and system integrations.

This position offers the unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team of Salesforce professionals and work on complex projects that integrate multiple systems.   • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and architectural frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support to enhance their skills and ensure project success.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices across all development activities.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs, along with other middleware tools.
  • Resolve complex issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring stable and reliable system performance.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend and implement advanced features and optimizations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the deployment of Salesforce solutions, adhering to strict change management processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, addressing any user issues, bugs, or system errors promptly.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development with a strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integration (REST, SOAP).
  • Proficient in performing code reviews and maintaining high standards in coding practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of change management processes and deployment protocols.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce mobile solutions or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies to drive efficient project delivery.
  • Ability to provide training and workshops on Salesforce technologies and updates.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
