This is an exciting time for the Talent Management and Organizational development team at Zoom, as we work to elevate our learning offering and modernize the way employees learn, contribute, and progress in their careers. The overall team, responsible for performance and talent management, leadership development, learning, and careers/mobility, is looking for a Performance Management Specialist to lead the way toward providing an engaging and accessible learning experience for all employees. Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and the Talent Management and Organizational team to create a systemic platform for training, talent development, and career progression at Zoom to ensure our employees benefit from the best programs and achieve their goals.
  • Design the systems, processes, and capabilities within the organization to drive talent and performance management and leadership development, in support of our long-term strategy & growth plans
  • Implement how we create, curate, and deliver development experiences and learning paths
  • Consult and provide strategic direction with internal stakeholders to assess needs and activate training courses or develop specific L&D initiatives where appropriate
  • Assist in obtaining, organizing, or developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials
  • Assist in designing curriculum, facilitate training courses, and provide the tools to advance the careers for Zoomies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required / master’s degree preferred (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, or Communications)
  • 5+ years’ experience in human resources, communications, marketing, or employee experience position
  • 3+ years designing and implementing learning programs and interactive curricula
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and the technical landscape
  • Comfort working in an environment where business processes and tools are continually evolving
  • Proven ability to think creatively and transform ideas into actions
  • A passion for learning, with a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset
