The posting

REQUIREMENTS: The candidate must be a graduate of any related 4-year course. At least 1-2 years of email marketing or digital marketing experience. With excellent communication skills (written). Willing to work under pressure with less minimal supervision. With experience in proofreading and copywriting. Willing to work in one of our AU accounts. Can start ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Using the template provided create fortnightly (Sent on Monday) ‘what’s on’ email –adding an image and event details with links Finding appropriate images and submit a request to design to resize Set up edm campaigns in Hubspot with the correct naming conventions and the provided templates Add event-related image and event information ‘you might also like’ Draft in fluent Australian English OR paste in already written campaign copy. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling Send a test email to the marketing manager for approval Send an approved email with audience criteria (provided) to Anisah Report on an X basis outlining key metrics results (opens, click rates, unsubscribes) Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements Minor website updates using our content management system Creation and set-up of Adhoc Evaluations through SurveyMonkey (Continuing Professional Education surveys, general internal and external marketing surveys) Creation and set-up of evaluations through EvaluationKit (Legal Practice Management Course, Career Surveys, Lecturer surveys) Providing result information as required for internal staff through SurveyMonkey and EvaluationKit (Generally producing PDF reports and specific investigative extracts for courses, key questions, and keywords and possible quotes to be used in marketing purposes). Monitor customer insights email for issues to be resolved, reply to general queries. Recruiting research participants through email correspondence and calendar confirmations
