Assist the Loan Studio brokers and clients in progressing home loan applications with corresponding lenders.

  • Address conditions required by lenders to have the loan approved and proceed to settlement. Provide clients and 3rd party partners updates related to their home loan application.
  • · Provides process feedback to brokers to improve home loan application process.
  • · Push for early settlement of loans to increase client revenue
  • Minimum Competencies: · Excellent File management · Excellent in business correspondence (email) · 9/10 English Verbal Comms · Strong Attention to details · No attendance Issues · Dependable · Deadline-Oriented · Team Player Minimum Qualifications: · Excellent Data Entry Accuracy and attention to details · Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe · College Graduate · Has Background in handling “financial” campagings · Has handled Australian Brokerage related campaigns (plus) · Has exposure inf using MYCRM, PODIUM and AOL
