  • Create, retouch, manipulate, and enhance digital imagery to meet commercial and brand requirements.
  • Perform advanced image compositing, color correction, color grading, and photo retouching using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Utilize AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or similar platforms to create and refine visual content.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual concepts and campaign assets.
  • Ensure all images meet quality standards for realism, consistency, composition, and visual impact.
  • Prepare assets for both print and digital channels while maintaining proper color profiles, file specifications, and export requirements.
  • Conduct image processing and batch editing workflows using Adobe Lightroom or comparable software.
  • Create seamless composites by integrating photography, digital assets, and AI-generated elements.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and adhere to file management best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, image production techniques, and AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
  • Support creative experimentation and innovation in visual storytelling and commercial image production.
  • Assist in developing visual assets for beauty, lifestyle, consumer goods, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies across the creative production team.

•Tertiary qualifications in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field are preferred but not essential. •A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant commercial image-making experience will be highly regarded.

Technical Skills: •Adobe Photoshop - expert level, with demonstrated experience in professional retouching, compositing, colour correction and image manipulation. •AI Image Tools - proficient in one or more generative image platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E or similar. •Adobe Lightroom or any similar platforms - proficient in colour correction, image processing and batch workflows. •Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour, texture, perspective and realism as they apply to commercial image production. •Strong understanding of print and digital image specifications, colour spaces and export requirements. •CGI / 3D software - experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or similar is desirable (nice to have) Worked in beauty or consumer goods 3 to 5 years experience (Ecommerce setting)

•Highly organised with the ability to manage a high volume of image work across concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a remote team environment. •Proactive communicator who can interpret feedback, ask the right questions and manage revisions efficiently. •Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently across time zones. •Genuinely curious about the evolving AI image landscape and motivated to explore what new technologies can make possible. •Comfortable experimenting, problem-solving and finding new ways to achieve a creative outcome. •Collaborative, solutions-focused and receptive to creative feedback, with a team-first mindset. •Able to manage increased workload, balance priorities, work under pressure
