We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team.
You'll have a minimum of five years' commercial experience developing modern web applications and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software using modern technologies.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing robust backend systems in Laravel and crafting polished, responsive frontend applications in React.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers and fellow Engineers to understand client challenges, shape technical solutions and deliver high-quality digital products from discovery through to deployment. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems as much as writing code and who takes pride in building software that delivers measurable value for our clients and exceptional experiences for their users.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and React.
- Build modern administration systems using Filament.
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Work alongside Product Managers to understand business requirements and recommend the best technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that faithfully implement approved designs.
- Produce clean, maintainable and reusable code following modern engineering standards.
- Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions and sprint planning.
- Accurately estimate development effort and identify technical risks.
- Perform peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure applications remain performant, secure and scalable.
- Contribute to automated testing, documentation and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
