Required Professional Experience - Change Management

  • Required Professional Experience - Change Management 5+ years of experience in organizational change management supporting large-scale business or IT transformations
  • 2+ years of experience on SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions
  • Experience delivering core change activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training support
  • Exposure to at least one full SAP project lifecycle through deployment or go‑live
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in complex or global organizations
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, SAP OCM)
