The posting

As 3D Visualiser, you will work collaboratively with the 3D Visualiser, Lead Designer, Senior Interior Designers, Documentation Manager and Operations and Strategy Lead to assist with the creation of 3D Visualisations at Cachet Group.

- Create appealing and attractive 3D rendered Interior Visualisation Imagery from provided Autodesk Revit models and Finishes pack. - Developing custom 3d materials and assets based on sample boards and swatches. - Working with designers to incorporate design feedback and progress design solutions - Proficiency with new visualization technologies and software platforms - The role requires an Autodesk Revit- D5 pipeline although experience in related software including 3dsmax, Vray, Enscape, Lumion or Blender would be looked upon favourably. - A thorough knowledge of Adobe photoshop - Experience with modelling and applying finishes within Revit, then visualising and creating client facing 3D visualisation of the Revit model with D5.

Key Responsibilities / Activities/ KPI’s Visualisation Quality & Accuracy - KPI: 95% of visualisations meet internal design standards and client expectations. - Measurement: Peer reviews and feedback scores.

Timeliness of Deliverables - KPI: 100% of 3D visualisations delivered within agreed project timelines. - Measurement: Project tracking tools (Asana task completion date).

Collaboration & Communication - KPI: Positive feedback from cross-functional team members in quarterly reviews. - Measurement: Internal surveys and reviews.

  • Create high-quality 3D models and animations from sketches, architectural plans, or real-life objects
  • Interpret 2D designs and transform them into 3D visualizations.
  • 5+ years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Interior Design/Architecture/similar field
  • Revit
  • Proficiency in MSD5/Lumion
  • 3Ds Max background is a plus
