As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational framework of our innovative green coffee trading platform. Positioned at the intersection of global trade and technology, your primary duty is to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of coffee transactions from various global origins to their destinations, maintaining compliance, and facilitating platform and process enhancements.

This position offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with a cutting-edge trading platform that impacts the global coffee industry. Based in Manila, you will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that fosters growth in the fintech and agri-tech sectors, collaborating with international teams and contributing to a sustainable supply chain.

  • Trade and Contract Management: Oversee and administer coffee trades and contracts, ensuring precise execution and adherence to regulatory and platform standards.
  • Logistics Coordination and Tracking: Monitor and document key logistical events, maintaining visibility and addressing any issues that arise throughout the supply chain.
  • Documentation Workflows: Manage the creation and validation of trade-related documentation, ensuring all materials comply with international trade regulations and platform requirements.
  • Onboarding and KYC Support: Facilitate the integration of new users onto the platform, from initial setup to comprehensive training and verification.
  • Data Reconciliation and Analytics: Analyze operational data, reconcile discrepancies, and develop reports to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to refine features and enhance the platform's functionality.
  • Process Documentation and Optimization: Document and refine standard operating procedures and workflows, advocating for automation and efficiency.
  • Global Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring cohesive operations across diverse geographical locations.
  • Risk Monitoring: Proactively identify and address operational risks, contributing to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Management: Proven experience in managing complex operations, preferably in commodity trading or logistics.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Familiarity with international trade documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using advanced ERP and data analytics tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for clear and effective stakeholder engagement.
