As a Logistics Operator you will manage the full operational lifecycle of marine logistics projects for our clients. This includes overseeing the execution of shipments, from initial cost estimation to final delivery, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee and streamline logistics operations for designated customers, ensuring timely and efficient shipment executions.
  • Monitor daily logistics activities, guaranteeing accuracy and promptness in all operations.
  • Prepare precise customer quotations using the company's proprietary platforms or supplier data, while ensuring all customer requirements are meticulously met.
  • Calculate and reconcile post-shipment costs, incorporating them accurately into customer and supplier invoicing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and enhance service quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and cost alignments.
  • Handle customer communications effectively, addressing queries and issues promptly, and escalating complex issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a strong preference for candidates with marine logistics experience.
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of shipping regulations, industry trends, and best practices in cost estimation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well across diverse teams and with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure.
