As a Data Analyst, your primary task is to support our data-driven initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and presenting key data insights. You will work alongside the CTO, COO, and other management team members, contributing directly to projects that enhance our decision-making processes and promote business growth.

  • Prepare and deliver both regular and ad-hoc data reports, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving discrepancies, and work collaboratively to establish robust data quality protocols.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends and enhance your skills through continuous learning and application of new data analytics techniques and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep passion for data manipulation and insight generation.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • High organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is highly beneficial.
  • Team-oriented mindset and proven ability to work effectively in diverse team environments.
