AI Orchestration & Instruction › Author precise, complete, and creative prompts for RANDEM-ED to produce production ready code across the RANDEMRETAIL OMS platform. › Translate complex business requirements into structured AI instructions — covering edge cases, error states, and system interactions without ambiguity.

RANDEMRETAIL.COM · CONFIDENTIAL · 2026 › Iterate on AI output with expert review, identifying where generated code needs architectural refinement or re-instruction. › Build a personal library of reusable prompt patterns and system blueprints that accelerate future delivery.

Systems Architecture & Problem Solving › Decompose complex, multi-system problems into discrete, AI-executable tasks without losing sight of the whole. › Design data flows, API contracts, and integration points for RANDEMRETAIL's OMS — including multi-location inventory, order orchestration, fulfilment logic, and returns modules. › Validate architectural decisions against scalability, performance, and maintainability requirements before instructing any build. › Own technical documentation that explains system intent clearly enough for any AI or human to continue the work.

AEO / SEO Implementation › Ensure every page carries complete structured data markup — schema.org, JSON-LD, OpenGraph, and semantic HTML — written for both traditional SEO and AI Engine Optimisation. › Apply AEO-first content principles: answer-intent architecture, entity clarity, and factual precision so content surfaces through LLM-driven search experiences. › Work with content and product teams to embed AEO requirements into templates and delivery checklists from day one, not as an afterthought.

Quality, Speed & Delivery › Deliver features and fixes at a pace that reflects the AI-enabled advantage — committing to shorter cycles than traditional development teams. › Conduct structured review of all AI-generated output: logic correctness, security posture, performance implications, and alignment to OMS business rules. › Raise blockers as architectural misalignments rather than coding problems — solve at the design level, not the syntax level.

Essential Attributes › Exceptional logical and systems thinking › Ability to deconstruct complexity into ordered problems › Precision communication — instructions that leave no room for misinterpretation › 5+ years .NET Core & C# engineering experience › Strong AWS platform knowledge — Lambda, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL › Full-stack awareness across front and backend › Familiarity with AEO and the evolving AI search landscape

While this role transcends traditional coding, the AI Enabled Engineer must carry genuine engineering depth. The ability to evaluate, review, and precisely instruct AI-generated code demands a working command of the full platform stack.
