The posting

The Phone Specialist (ZP Specialist) will support the Small Business North America (SB NA) team by driving adoption and growth of Phone Business Unit. This role focuses on conducting demos and assisting in closing deals within the 1–50 license range, with the possibility of expanding coverage as the program scales.

The ZP Specialist will serve as a product expert and sales enabler, helping Account Executives (AEs) demonstrate the business value of Phone Business Unit and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Conduct Phone demos and technical walk‑throughs for prospects and customers in the 1–10 license segment.
  • Partner with SB NA Account Executives to support discovery, validation, and customer communications.
  • Respond promptly to demo requests and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
  • Highlight use cases that demonstrate clear ROI and operational impact aligned to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SE teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Share customer insights and field feedback to help improve sales motions and enablement resources.
  • Contribute to scalable demo materials and best‑practice documentation as the role evolves.

Compensation & Structure

  • Compensation is based on overall SB NA Phone performance.
  • Please note that there is no linearity bonus or individual incentive plan for ZP Specialists.
  • Strong understanding of Phone Business or other UCaaS solutions.
  • Confident presenter with strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Proven ability to explain technical features in terms of business outcomes.
  • Comfortable managing high‑volume, fast‑paced sales engagement cycles and cross‑functional collaboration.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape small business sales motions by improving Phone demo quality and customer conversion. The role provides exposure to leadership, direct impact on business performance, and the potential for scope expansion as coverage increases beyond the initial 1–10 license segment.
