Wir sind ein spezialisierter Personaldienstleister, welcher seit 2008 massgeschneiderte Mitarbeiter/innen für unsere Kunden aus der ganzen Nordwestschweiz rekrutiert. Für unseren Kunden, einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen aus dem unteren Fricktal, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n:

Mitarbeiter/in Verkauf\-Innendienst 80% (m/w/d) ===============================================

Tätigkeiten:

Du bist gerne die Person, bei der die Fäden zusammenlaufen? Perfekt!

* Kunden telefonisch, per Mail und über digitale Kanäle betreuen * Aufträge erfassen, kontrollieren und sauber im SAP abwickeln * Liefertermine, Mengen und Sonderwünsche koordinieren * Kunden bei Fragen kompetent weiterhelfen und bei Reklamationen einen kühlen bewahren * Kundenstammdaten, Preise und Lieferkonditionen pflegen * Tägliche Routenplanung und Koordination mit der Logistik * Lieferpapiere und Ladelisten vorbereiten * Bestände kontrollieren und bei Inventuren mithelfen * Bei Prozess\- und Softwareoptimierungen mitdenken und mitgestalten * Bei Abwesenheiten im Team einspringen gesagt: Du sorgst dafür, dass aus einem Auftrag am Ende auch eine erfolgreiche Lieferung wird.

Anforderungen:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf\-Innendienst
  • SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil oder die Bereitschaft, sich einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 / Office
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gutes Englisch im Sprechen und Verstehen, gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute ösischkenntnisse im Sprechen und Verstehen
  • Organisationstalent mit einer strukturierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer/in mit Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
  • Offen, lernbereit und interessiert an den Produkten und Abläufen des Unternehmens
  • Auch wenn es einmal hektisch wird: Du behältst den Überblick und deinen Humor

Was dich erwartet:

Eine abwechslungsreiche 80%\-Position mit viel Kundenkontakt, Verantwortung und Schnittstellen zur Logistik. Kein klassischer „Tipp\-und\-weg“\- , sondern eine Aufgabe, bei der du wirklich mitdenken und etwas bewegen kannst. Dazu kommt ein kleines Team, in dem Flexibilität, Zusammenarbeit und Eigeninitiative nicht nur schöne Wörter im Stelleninserat sind.
