Deine Aufgaben Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Disposition im Tagesgeschäft

Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Transportaufträgen

Erstellung und Kontrolle von Transportdokumenten wie Lieferscheinen, CMR und Abfallbegleitscheinen

Unterstützung bei der Koordination von nationalen und internationalen Transporten

Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Chauffeuren und internen Abteilungen

Pflege und Aktualisierung von Auftrags- und Transportdaten im System

Unterstützung bei Zollformalitäten und administrativen Abläufen

Kontrolle von Transportrechnungen und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Logistik und Disposition

Dein Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Grundausbildung

Erste Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, Logistik oder Disposition von Vorteil

Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Systemen

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Organisationstalent und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben

Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Interesse an der Recyclingbranche und an logistischen Abläufen
