Im exklusiven Mandat der Rohrbogen AG suchen wir eine engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung für die Qualität und Weiterentwicklung der Stammdaten übernimmt und gleichzeitig die Prozesse innerhalb der Supply Chain aktiv mitgestaltet.

Spezialist Stammdaten \& Supply Chain (m/w/d) 80\-100 % =======================================================

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Stammdatenmanagement: Du erfasst, pflegst und optimierst Artikel\- und Materialstammdaten im ERP\-System und stellst eine konstant hohe Datenqualität sicher.
  • Datenimporte \& Massentransaktionen: Du bereitest grössere Datenimporte vor, führst diese durch und überprüfst die Ergebnisse auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität.
  • Schnittstellenkoordination: Du arbeitest eng mit der Produktion, dem Einkauf und den Lieferanten zusammen und koordinierst artikelbezogene Änderungen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe innerhalb der Supply Chain, entwickelst Verbesserungsvorschläge und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung.
  • Datenqualität \& Kontrolle: Du identifizierst fehlerhafte oder doppelte Datensätze, bereinigst Unstimmigkeiten und sorgst für einheitliche Datenstandards.
  • Reporting \& Dokumentation: Du erstellst und aktualisierst Artikelübersichten, gleichst unterschiedliche Datenquellen ab und dokumentierst relevante Änderungen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung als Technische/r /\-frau oder im Bereich Supply Chain
  • Zwingend praktische Erfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege und mit Massentransaktionen
  • Gute ERP\-Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise mit proALPHA
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Datenabgleichen, Suchfunktionen und CSV\-Dateien
  • Erfahrung im industriellen oder produktionsnahen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Polnisch ist ein grosses Plus
  • Eine exakte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpartner
