Sie haben als Assistenz eines General Managers gearbeitet? Dann kennen Sie das Wichtigste bereits: vorausdenken, diskret bleiben, auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick behalten und Menschen mit Herzlichkeit begegnen. Genau diese Erfahrung suchen wir.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Sie führen das Sekretariat eigenständig und entlasten den Verwaltungsratspräsidenten in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen.
  • Sie führen die Agenda und organisieren Termine, Sitzungen und Reisen im In\- und Ausland.
  • Sie behalten Fristen und Pendenzen im Blick und verfolgen sie zuverlässig nach.
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für Verwaltungsrat, Geschäftsführungen und Behörden.
  • Sie verfassen Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch und bereiten Unterlagen für den Verwaltungsrat vor.
  • Sie arbeiten bei ausgewählten Projekten der Gruppe mit.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung als Assistenz eines General Managers in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder als Assistenz einer Geschäftsleitung bzw. eines Verwaltungsrats.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Computerkenntnisse: Sie arbeiten sicher mit Apple, Excel, Cloud\-Kalendern, digitaler Ablage und Videokonferenzen.
  • Sehr angenehme Umgangsformen, absolute Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit.
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, ein stilsicherer schriftlicher Ausdruck und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2\).
  • Flexibilität bei der Ferienplanung und den Wunsch, langfristig zu bleiben.
  • Eine heitere und positive Persönlichkeit.
