Du willst Zahlen nicht nur abschliessen, sondern mitreden, wenn Entscheide fallen? Dann bist du hier richtig. Als Leiter/in Buchhaltung im Reisebereich von bist du enge/r Sparringpartner/in unseres CFO, führst dein Team und hältst die Finanzen mehrerer Unternehmen im Reisebereich auf Kurs. Du denkst weiter, stellst Fragen, baust Neues – und wir geben dir den Raum dafür.

  • Du übernimmst das Steuer der Buchhaltung im Reisebereich – und führst dein Team fachlich, personell und organisatorisch
  • Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse verantwortest du – pünktlich, präzise und mit Blick fürs Wesentliche
  • Finanzbuchhaltungen führst du selbstständig – mit eigenem und klarer Linie
  • Kund/innen zahlen heute und reisen erst Monate später: Anzahlungen, Abgrenzungen und Kundengeldabsicherung hast du im Griff
  • Hotels, Airlines, Partner rund um den Globus – bei Leistungsträger\-Abrechnungen und Fremdwährungen behältst du den Durchblick
  • Budget, Forecast, KPIs und Liquiditätsplanung: Du machst aus Zahlen Entscheidungsgrundlagen – auch wenn die Saison Achterbahn fährt
  • Steuererklärungen und MWST\-Abrechnungen erstellst und prüfst du souverän – auch dort, wo sich Inland und Ausland mischen
  • Prozesse, Schnittstellen und Kontrollen entwickelst du weiter – schlanker, smarter, digitaler
  • Bei Revisionen und Analysen bist du die Person, die die Antworten schon kennt

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. FA oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und nach mehr – erste Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus, kein Muss
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du siehst hinter jeder Zahl die Geschichte
  • Lust auf Digitalisierung, Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Eine klare , die auch Nicht\-Buchhaltern Zahlen verständlich macht
