Objetivo da função

Atuar com o desenvolvimento de sistemas de arrefecimento, especificação e validação de soluções térmicas aplicadas a motores a combustão interna, motores elétricos, inversores, baterias e demais componentes de powertrain.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar no desenvolvimento e dimensionamento de sistemas de arrefecimento para motores Diesel / Otto, motores elétricos, inversores, packs de baterias e demais componentes.
  • Apoiar nas análises de desempenho térmico (fluxo de calor, dissipação, trocadores, bombas, ventiladores, layout do circuito etc.).
  • Avaliar requisitos funcionais e transformar em especificações técnicas de cooling systems.
  • Participar ativamente da definição e integração de componentes como radiadores, intercoolers, bombas d’água, válvulas, mangueiras, sensores, reservatórios e módulos de controle térmico.
  • Acompanhar testes de bancada e campo, definir planos de validação e interpretar dados coletados.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia com desenvolvimento ou validação de sistemas de arrefecimento.
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de componentes relativos a sistemas de arrefecimento (Tubulações, mangueiras, trocadores de calor, bombas, etc..)
  • Ferramentas CAD (Catia, NX ou similares).
  • Metodologia de análise de falhas.

Formação

  • Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Automotiva ou áreas correlatas. (Completo ou cursando)

Idioma

  • Inglês técnico (intermediário/avançado).
