Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Professional (Remote)

Knoll Ridges connects experienced professionals with U.S.-based organizations seeking recruiting and talent sourcing support services.

We are currently seeking Recruiting Professionals interested in supporting client projects related to candidate sourcing, talent outreach, screening coordination, and recruiting operations support. Opportunities are fully remote and may vary depending on the client and project scope.

Projects and Services May Include:

Candidate Sourcing Identifying potential candidates through professional networks, online platforms, and sourcing tools.

Talent Outreach Conducting outreach to prospective candidates to introduce opportunities and assess initial interest.

Screening Coordination Assisting with initial candidate screening conversations and coordinating interview scheduling.

Recruitment Pipeline Support Maintaining organized records of candidates and tracking recruitment activities within designated systems.

Job Posting Coordination Supporting the posting of job opportunities across online job boards and professional networks.

Candidate Documentation Management Maintaining candidate profiles, resumes, and recruitment documentation within recruiting platforms.
