  • Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und Umrüstung der Schweißanlagen inklusiver Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Arbeitsmittel und Materialien nach Produktionsvorgabe
  • Eigenständiges Bedienen, Bestücken und Überwachen der Schweißanlagen sowie Abarbeitung der Produktionsaufträge anhand der Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Prüfung der Materialien auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit sowie Rückmeldung der Produktionsaufträge im ERP-System
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs durch Behebung einfacher Störungen, Anpassung von Schweißroboterprogrammen nach Abstimmung sowie Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der Arbeitsabläufe sowie der geltenden Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und kleineren Reparaturarbeiten sowie vorbeugender Austausch von Verschleißteilen an den Schweißanlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei vorbeugenden Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Organisation von Materialbereitstellung am Arbeitsplatz sowie Übergabe und Verpackung der Fertigteile nach Vorgabe
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Maßprüfungen der gefertigten Teile inklusive Dokumentation der Messergebnisse
  • Analyse und Meldung fehlerhafter Teile sowie Einleitung und Abstimmung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie- / Konstruktionsmechaniker mit mind. 3-jähriger Berufserfahrung
  • gültiger Schweißerpass
  • Erfahrung in Bedienen von automatisierten Anlagen
  • Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige, qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
