We are growing rapidly across the Middle East and North Africa and are looking for a passionate Sales Recruiter to help us build high-performing sales teams across the GCC and MENA.

Role Overview

As a Sales Recruiter at KnowledgeCity, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for our sales positions, including Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Sales Managers. You will partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top-tier sales talent that aligns with our culture and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all sales roles, from job briefing to offer acceptance
  • Run high-volume hiring for multiple sales openings across the GCC and MENA at the same time
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and sales communities, with a focus on proactive headhunting
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' sales experience (full sales cycle, cold calling, closing, quota attainment), job stability, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future headcount
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring managers
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.)
  • Stay up to date on sales talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks across the GCC and MENA
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally at a staffing/search firm or a fast-growing company
  • Proven track record of bulk/high-volume hiring for sales roles (Account Executives, Business Development, SDRs, Sales Managers) in the GCC and/or MENA
  • Strong understanding of B2B/SaaS sales roles, the sales cycle, and what makes a strong sales hire
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
