En knowmad mood buscamos un Business Analyst Senior para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico de transformación digital en el ámbito sanitario. Buscamos un perfil con sólida experiencia en consultoría de transformación, análisis funcional y gestión de proyectos complejos, capaz de actuar como puente entre negocio, usuarios y proveedores tecnológicos durante la implantación de un nuevo sistema de información hospitalaria (HIS).

Tu misión

Serás responsable de entender los procesos clínicos y administrativos actuales, identificar oportunidades de mejora y traducir las necesidades de negocio en especificaciones funcionales que permitan una implantación eficaz del nuevo HIS, garantizando la alineación entre áreas usuarias, dirección y proveedor tecnológico.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Modelar y documentar los procesos y flujos de trabajo actuales (AS-IS) y diseñar los procesos futuros optimizados (TO-BE) dentro del nuevo sistema HIS.
  • Traducir necesidades clínicas, asistenciales y administrativas en requerimientos funcionales claros, estructurados y detallados para el proveedor de software.
  • Coordinar y liderar talleres de trabajo con médicos, personal de enfermería, equipos administrativos y responsables de las distintas áreas hospitalarias.
  • Definir la estrategia de pruebas funcionales y elaborar los casos de prueba necesarios para validar la solución.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales iniciales y coordinar las pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT).
  • Validar las entregas realizadas por el proveedor tecnológico y supervisar el seguimiento y resolución de incidencias y errores.
  • Garantizar que la solución implantada responde a las necesidades operativas y estratégicas del hospital.
  • Coordinar a los diferentes stakeholders del proyecto y facilitar la toma de decisiones durante las distintas fases de implantación.
  • Identificar riesgos, dependencias y oportunidades de mejora continua dentro del programa de transformación.

Requisitos del perfil

Formación

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE, Economía o similar.
  • Muy valorable MBA o formación especializada en gestión de proyectos, transformación digital o consultoría.

Experiencia

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia como Business Analyst, Consultor de Transformación, Consultor Funcional o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de implantación de herramientas tecnológicas y transformación de procesos.
  • Experiencia en definición funcional, levantamiento de requisitos y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Valorable experiencia en proyectos de transformación dentro del sector sanitario.
  • Muy valorable conocimiento de sistemas sanitarios como HIS, RIS o LIS.
  • Muy valorable experiencia en hospitales, aseguradoras de salud o grandes organizaciones de servicios.

  • Horario ⏰: L-J: 08:30 - 18:00 / V: 08:00 - 15:00
