🔍 Chi stiamo cercando Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Business Support Intern da inserire a supporto delle attività operative della filiale italiana di knowmad mood. La persona selezionata avrà l’opportunità di collaborare con diversi dipartimenti aziendali, contribuendo ai processi amministrativi, finanziari e commerciali, oltre a supportare iniziative di marketing e comunicazione rivolte al mercato italiano.

Attività principali

  • Contribuirai alla gestione amministrativa e finanziaria della filiale italiana, supportando i processi di fatturazione, la gestione della documentazione amministrativa e le attività di back office.
  • Collaborerai nella gestione di fornitori e clienti, garantendo un corretto flusso delle attività amministrative.
  • Supporterai la partecipazione a gare pubbliche e private, curando la preparazione della documentazione, l’utilizzo delle piattaforme di e-procurement e il monitoraggio delle scadenze.
  • Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team Marketing & Communication e con il team corporate per supportare iniziative dedicate al mercato italiano.
  • Contribuirai alla gestione del profilo LinkedIn di knowmad mood Italia, supportando la pubblicazione di contenuti in linea con la strategia di comunicazione aziendale.

Requisiti:

  • IMPRESCINDIBILE: Possibilità di attivare un tirocinio extracurriculare tramite convenzione tra ente promotore (Centro di Studi/Università) e azienda.
  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia, Amministrazione Aziendale, Management o discipline affini.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel, Word e PowerPoint.
  • Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di organizzare efficacemente le attività.
  • Interesse per le attività amministrative, il procurement e i processi di gara.
  • Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine a collaborare con team e stakeholder differenti.
  • Proattività e capacità di gestire attività multiple nel rispetto delle scadenze.

Costituiscono un plus

  • Esperienza pregressa presso società di consulenza informatica.
  • Esperienza nella preparazione di documentazione per gare o bandi.
  • Conoscenza dei principali portali di e-procurement (MePA, Sintel, Consip o equivalenti).
  • Conoscenza della lingua spagnola.
