Buscamos un/a DBA PostgreSQL Senior para incorporarse a un equipo responsable de la administración y soporte de plataformas de datos críticas en producción.

La persona seleccionada participará en la operación, monitorización, optimización y resolución de incidencias de entornos PostgreSQL desplegados tanto en infraestructura tradicional como en plataformas Cloud y Kubernetes.

Buscamos un perfil con sólida experiencia en administración de bases de datos de gran volumen, análisis de rendimiento, monitorización y soporte a equipos de desarrollo e infraestructura.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Administración y soporte de plataformas PostgreSQL en entornos productivos.
  • Resolución de incidencias de rendimiento y disponibilidad.
  • Análisis y optimización de consultas SQL.
  • Gestión de copias de seguridad y recuperación de datos.
  • Monitorización proactiva de bases de datos y servicios asociados.
  • Gestión de bases de datos de gran volumen (cientos de GB o varios TB).
  • Optimización de índices, estadísticas y planes de ejecución.
  • Implementación de buenas prácticas de operación y mantenimiento.
  • Colaboración con equipos Cloud, DevOps, Sistemas y Desarrollo.
  • Soporte a entornos Kubernetes con bases de datos PostgreSQL.
  • Gestión y supervisión de replicación y alta disponibilidad.
  • Automatización de tareas operativas y de mantenimiento.

REQUERIDO:

  • Bases de Datos: Experiencia administrando PostgreSQL en entornos productivos. Experiencia en optimización de consultas SQL. Interpretación de planes de ejecución. Gestión de índices y estadísticas. Experiencia con tablas de gran tamaño. Conocimiento de procesos de mantenimiento de bases de datos. Gestión de bloqueos y análisis de rendimiento.
  • Monitorización: Experiencia con: Grafana, Prometheus. Monitorización de CPU, memoria y almacenamiento. Seguimiento de consultas lentas. Monitorización de sesiones activas. Réplicas y lag de replicación. Análisis de logs.
  • Infraestructura: Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu o similares). Análisis de consumo de CPU, memoria y disco. Troubleshooting de infraestructura. Redes TCP/IP.
  • Cloud: Experiencia en alguna de las siguientes plataformas: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud SQL) Microsoft Azure. AWS RDS PostgreSQL
  • Kubernetes: Diagnóstico de incidencias en Pods. Análisis de logs. Troubleshooting de despliegues. Gestión básica de StatefulSets y almacenamiento persistente.
  • Tecnologías principales: PostgreSQL, SQL, Linux, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus. Google Cloud SQL / AWS RDS / Azure Database for PostgreSQL. Replicación PostgreSQL
  • Disponibilidad para realizar Guardias 24*7
