Estamos buscando un perfil senior para liderar la definición y evolución de la estrategia de Inteligencia Artificial dentro de una gran organización.

No buscamos un arquitecto de soluciones tradicional ni un perfil centrado únicamente en la implementación técnica. Buscamos un líder con una sólida trayectoria tecnológica y experiencia definiendo cómo la IA debe adoptarse, gobernarse y escalarse dentro de una compañía.

La persona será responsable de establecer la visión, estrategia y modelo operativo de IA, impulsando su adopción en toda la organización y garantizando un uso alineado con los objetivos de negocio, la normativa y las mejores prácticas del mercado.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Definir y evolucionar la estrategia corporativa de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Diseñar el roadmap de adopción de IA a nivel organizativo.
  • Definir modelos de gobierno, control y seguimiento de iniciativas de IA.
  • Establecer estándares, principios y buenas prácticas para el uso de IA.
  • Evaluar y seleccionar nuevas plataformas, tecnologías y proveedores de IA.
  • Liderar la creación o evolución de la práctica de IA dentro de la organización.
  • Identificar oportunidades de aplicación de IA en las distintas áreas de negocio.
  • Impulsar la adopción de IA actuando como evangelizador y referente interno.
  • Coordinar negocio, tecnología, datos, arquitectura y proveedores externos.
  • Promover el uso responsable, seguro y escalable de la Inteligencia Artificial.

Buscamos una persona que aporte:

  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas estratégicas de IA.
  • Experiencia definiendo modelos de gobierno de IA.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con dirección, negocio y áreas tecnológicas.
  • Deseable background técnico sólido en ingeniería de software, arquitectura o desarrollo de aplicaciones entornos Microsoft (.NET y Azure) valorable.

Horario: 8.30 a 18h ( flexible) L-J y V 8 a 15h e Intensiva de Verano Julio y Agosto de 8 a 15h.

Modalidad híbrida: 3 días teletrabajo/2 oficina (Palma de Mallorca)
