¿Qué es lo que valoramos?

Experiencia de al menos 4 años como Frontend Engineer / Software Engineer, participando en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web a gran escala y entornos de alta exigencia técnica.

• Experiencia sólida en el desarrollo de SPAs, SSR (Server-Side Rendering) y arquitecturas Backend for Frontend (BFF). • Dominio de ReactJS con arquitectura basada en hooks y desarrollo de aplicaciones escalables. • Conocimientos avanzados de JavaScript (ES2022+), TypeScript, HTML5 y CSS3. • Experiencia trabajando con Node.js y Express para la integración y consumo de APIs. • Mentalidad orientada a la calidad del software y experiencia en testing automatizado con Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha y Chai. • Conocimientos y experiencia práctica en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, LLMs y desarrollo de soluciones apoyadas en agentes de IA. • Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile/Scrum y equipos multidisciplinares. • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y actitud colaborativa. • Buscamos especialmente personas con iniciativa, curiosidad tecnológica, capacidad de aprendizaje y disposición para dejarse guiar por referentes técnicos del equipo.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

• Analizar los requisitos funcionales y proponer soluciones técnicas. • Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades utilizando React, TypeScript y Node.js. • Integrar aplicaciones frontend con APIs y servicios backend. • Realizar pruebas unitarias y garantizar la calidad del código. • Gestionar ramas, despliegues y monitorización de aplicaciones. • Mantener componentes middleware para la comunicación entre aplicaciones nativas y SPA. • Colaborar con equipos de Producto, Diseño, Backend y Arquitectura. • Participar en iniciativas de IA Generativa, LLMs y agentes IA aplicados al desarrollo. • Garantizar la entrega de código escalable, mantenible y de alta calidad.

Además, valoraremos muy positivamente si tienes experiencia y/o conocimientos en:

• Arquitecturas frontend modernas, incluyendo SSR, BFF, Server Components y micro-frontends. • Herramientas y ecosistemas modernos como Rsbuild, pnpm Workspaces, Turborepo y Biome. • Estrategias de feature flags y experimentación, especialmente con herramientas como GrowthBook. • Desarrollo e integración de soluciones basadas en IA Generativa, agentes IA, LLMs y automatización de procesos de desarrollo. • Buenas prácticas de Git, workflows de branching, code review y CI/CD. • Metodologías Agile/Scrum y entornos de entrega continua. • Diseño de aplicaciones orientadas a escalabilidad, rendimiento y mantenibilidad. • Conocimientos de arquitectura de la información y experiencia de usuario. • Curiosidad por las nuevas tendencias del ecosistema frontend y tecnologías emergentes como React 19 y Server Components.
