¿Qué es lo que valoramos?

Experiencia de al menos 5 años como Desarrollador/a Frontend Senior / React Developer en entornos de desarrollo modernos:

• Amplia experiencia en React, JavaScript y TypeScript para el desarrollo de aplicaciones web escalables y mantenibles. • Capacidad para definir marcos de trabajo, arquitecturas frontend y buenas prácticas de desarrollo en proyectos React. • Conocimientos avanzados de HTML5, CSS3 y SASS. • Experiencia trabajando con Node.js y ecosistemas modernos de desarrollo web. • Conocimientos en herramientas y librerías como Jest, RxJS, Webpack y Styled Components. • Experiencia con bases de datos NoSQL, especialmente MongoDB y Redis. • Conocimiento de principios de diseño y desarrollo como SOLID, DDD (Domain Driven Design) y patrones de arquitectura. • Experiencia en testing (unitario e integración), mocking, cobertura de código y buenas prácticas de calidad. • Experiencia con Git y herramientas de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD). • Capacidad de liderazgo técnico, trabajo en equipo y colaboración con perfiles multidisciplinares.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web con React, JavaScript y TypeScript. • Definir arquitecturas frontend y buenas prácticas de desarrollo. • Garantizar la calidad del software mediante testing y revisión de código. • Gestionar y evolucionar servicios durante todo su ciclo de vida. • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares bajo metodologías Agile. • Liderar iniciativas técnicas y mentorizar a desarrolladores junior. • Optimizar la usabilidad, accesibilidad y rendimiento de las aplicaciones. • Proponer mejoras continuas alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
