Funciones principales

  • Realizar, enviar y controlar la facturación de los distintos clientes
  • Dar soporte al área de controlling en el seguimiento de los importes pendientes de facturar a los clientes
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los reportes de facturación de la compañía
  • Gestionar homologaciones y actualizaciones de portales de nuestros clientes
  • Resolución de incidencias e interacción con los distintos departamentos
  • Colaborar con el resto de áreas del departamento de Finanzas en las distintas necesidades de éstas

Requisitos

  • Formación básica en Administración y Finanzas.
  • Entre 2 y 5 años en departamentos de facturación, administración o finanzas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de grandes volúmenes de facturación.
  • ERP de gestión financiera (valorable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Excel nivel medio-alto.
  • Procedimientos de facturación y gestión administrativa.
  • Conocimientos básicos de IVA y operativa de facturación nacional e internacional.

Se valorará

  • Valorable experiencia en entornos multinacionales o con facturación internacional.
  • Valorable nivel de inglés para interactuar con equipos internacionales.
