¿Qué es lo que valoramos?

Buscamos un/a profesional senior con experiencia liderando equipos de soporte IT y transformando servicios mediante automatización e Inteligencia Artificial.

Requisitos mínimos:

• Experiencia dirigiendo equipos de soporte IT y Service Desk. • Experiencia impulsando iniciativas de automatización de procesos y resolución de incidencias mediante IA. • Experiencia trabajando con ServiceNow como plataforma de gestión de servicios IT. • Conocimientos y experiencia en entornos de Compliance IT y gestión de proveedores. • Experiencia en Digital Workplace y servicios de puesto de trabajo. • Perfil con capacidad de liderazgo, visión estratégica y orientación a la mejora continua.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

• Transformación del Soporte IT: Liderar la evolución del servicio de soporte IT, definiendo nuevos procesos, procedimientos y modelos operativos orientados a la eficiencia y la excelencia del servicio.

• Automatización e Inteligencia Artificial: Impulsar la incorporación de soluciones basadas en IA para aumentar la resolución de incidencias en primer nivel (L1), automatizar tareas repetitivas y optimizar la experiencia de usuario.

• Gestión de ServiceNow: Asegurar el uso eficiente de ServiceNow como plataforma de gestión de servicios IT, promoviendo la mejora continua y la estandarización de procesos.

• Digital Workplace: Liderar la estrategia y evolución del puesto de trabajo digital, asegurando la calidad del servicio prestado por los proveedores externos.

• Implantación de IA en el puesto de trabajo: Liderar la adopción de herramientas de IA, incluyendo la incorporación de Gemini for Workspace, impulsando nuevos modelos de productividad y colaboración.

• Compliance IT: Ser responsable del servicio de Compliance, supervisando la implantación y gestión del modelo SAM externalizado y garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.

• Gestión de proveedores: Coordinar y supervisar servicios externalizados relacionados con Compliance y Digital Workplace, asegurando el cumplimiento de SLAs y objetivos de negocio.

• Relación con Dirección: Reportar directamente a la Directora de Operaciones IT, participando activamente en la definición de la estrategia tecnológica y operativa.

Además, valoraremos muy positivamente si tienes experiencia y/o conocimientos en:

• Automatización de procesos mediante IA generativa. • ITSM, ITIL y mejora continua de servicios. • Gestión de servicios externalizados y gobierno de proveedores. • Transformación digital del puesto de trabajo. • Software Asset Management (SAM). • Retail y entornos con alta capilaridad operativa. • Gestión del cambio y adopción tecnológica.
