Buscamos un/a Senior RPA Analyst para liderar la identificación, análisis y priorización de iniciativas de automatización de procesos dentro de la organización. Será responsable de trabajar estrechamente con las áreas de negocio para detectar oportunidades de mejora, construir casos de negocio, definir requisitos funcionales y coordinar la puesta en marcha de soluciones RPA. Los perfiles senior del mercado suelen combinar experiencia en análisis de procesos, talleres con negocio, definición de requerimientos y tecnologías como UiPath.

¿Qué es lo que valoramos?

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en análisis, optimización y automatización de procesos.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de RPA con herramientas como UiPath, Power Automate o similares.
  • Experiencia demostrable conduciendo workshops y sesiones de discovery con negocio.
  • Capacidad para elaborar business cases y análisis de retorno de inversión (ROI).
  • Experiencia en gestión y priorización de iniciativas o cartera de automatizaciones.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de análisis de procesos y documentación funcional.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con stakeholders de distintos niveles organizativos.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora de procesos.
  • Facilitar workshops con usuarios y stakeholders para el levantamiento de requisitos.
  • Analizar procesos AS-IS y diseñar procesos TO-BE.
  • Elaborar business cases y estimaciones de beneficios, costes y ROI.
  • Evaluar la viabilidad funcional y técnica de las iniciativas.
  • Gestionar y priorizar el backlog o pipeline de automatizaciones en función del impacto y esfuerzo.
  • Traducir las necesidades de negocio en requisitos funcionales para los equipos de desarrollo.
  • Coordinar pruebas de usuario (UAT) y asegurar la correcta implantación de las soluciones.
  • Realizar seguimiento de resultados y promover la mejora continua de los procesos automatizados.
  • Actuar como punto de enlace entre negocio, tecnología y proveedores externos.
