Compensation: $40,000 to $150,000+ annually

What You'll Do

  • Guide clients through the purchase of new Lincoln vehicles and pre-owned vehicles
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and technology through presentations and test drives
  • Deliver a premium guest experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Lincoln features and programs
  • Consistently achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Sales and/or customer service experience required
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

This position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safely operating motor vehicles. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
