  • Supervise line mechanics.
  • Ensure mechanics are trained & performing to expectation.
  • Oversee operations ensuring operators are running equipment properly.
  • Ensure proper line set ups for production run.
  • Supervise all Shift Supervisors and oversee weekend schedule.
  • Implement and verify all corrective actions on equipment.
  • Review daily paperwork & sign off.
  • Perform PM audits.
  • Provide hands-on support with mechanical repairs.
  • Lead by example.
  • 6+ years maintenance experience in fast paced food production facility.
  • Supervisor or lead experience.
  • Demonstrated & proven communication & leadership skills.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • USDA knowledge and experience.
  • HACCP knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability & use of industrial tools & meters.
  • Good trouble shooting skills.
  • Sense of urgency to complete tasks.
