Typical work hours: 5 pm to 1:30 am with a starting pay rate of $19 - $21/hour depending on experience.

  • Review and enter load sheets.
  • Generate bills.
  • Print, scan and copy bills.
  • Produce inventory and product reports.
  • Receive product into inventory and bill as appropriate.
  • Communicate with and assist drivers as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of accounting system data related to shipping.
  • High school diploma required; further education preferred.
  • General accounting experience required.
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Especially excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
