Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des SPS-Teams inklusive Zielsetzung, Feedback und Leistungsbeurteilung
  • Planung und Steuerung der personellen Kapazitäten sowie projektbezogene Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Festlegung und Überwachung von Arbeitspaketen, Meilensteinen, Terminen und Qualitätszielen
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Programmvorbereitung sowie reibungsloser Übergabe an Inbetriebnahme und Service
  • Gewährleistung einer normgerechten und wartbaren Umsetzung von SPS-, HMI-, Safety- und Schnittstellenlösungen
  • Durchführung technischer Reviews sowie Unterstützung bei komplexen Fragestellungen und Eskalationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam zum Aufbau einheitlicher Standards
  • Förderung und Qualifizierung der Mitarbeitenden in enger Abstimmung mit der Personalabteilung
  • Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit und des Wissenstransfers mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Mitwirkung bei Recruiting und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Transparente Kommunikation von Kapazitäten, Prioritäten, Projektfortschritten und Risiken gegenüber relevanten Schnittstellen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Informatik, alternativ vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Sondermaschinen, Automatisierungsanlagen oder Robotersystemen
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Entwicklung technischer Teams; disziplinarische Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft, in der Ressourcenplanung und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Organisation- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
