What You'll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance and light-to-medium automotive repairs.
  • Assist with diagnostics and more advanced repairs as your skills grow.
  • Learn Subaru systems, technology, and repair procedures through hands-on experience and factory training.
  • Work with technicians and service advisors to deliver quality repairs and a positive customer experience.
  • Complete work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of automotive or mechanical experience, through employment or technical education.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills.
  • A dependable work ethic and attention to detail.
  • A team-first attitude and pride in doing quality work.
  • A valid driver's license.
