Delivery Coordinator

At Kocourek Subaru, buying a vehicle is more than handing over the keys. We want every guest to leave feeling comfortable, confident, and excited about their new Subaru.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, tech-savvy Delivery Coordinator who can help us create an exceptional ownership experience from day one.

What You'll Do

As our Delivery Coordinator, you'll be the Subaru expert our guests can count on. You'll work closely with our sales team to make sure every guest understands their new vehicle and gets the most out of everything it has to offer.

You'll:

  • Deliver a personalized vehicle orientation for every guest
  • Help guests set up Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, STARLINK, navigation, HomeLink, driver settings, memory seats, and other vehicle technology
  • Explain important vehicle features, accessories, warranty information, and owner's resources
  • Help guests personalize their new Subaru before they leave
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up and Subaru Love-Encore visits
  • Follow up with guests after delivery to answer questions and ensure they're loving their new Subaru
  • Work alongside our Sales and Service teams to create a seamless guest experience
  • Become an expert on Subaru vehicles, technology, safety features, and accessories
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities and vendor purchase orders as needed

Who We're Looking For

This position is ideal for someone who loves helping people and enjoys technology. Automotive experience is helpful, but providing an outstanding guest experience is what matters most.

You should bring:

  • A warm, friendly, outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort learning and explaining technology
  • Previous customer service or guest-facing experience
  • A professional attitude and appearance
  • A desire to learn and become a Subaru product expert
  • A valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
