Som Kitchen Assistant på KöD Vesterbro bliver du en vigtig del af køkkenholdet, hvor du sikrer, at alt fra de sprøde sideorders til vores råvarer står knivskarpt, inden service starter.

Dine primære opgaver:

  • Forberedelse af råvarer (snitte, hakke, prep) før og under service efter faste standarder.
  • Anretning af kolde retter eller sideorders under service under vejledning fra kokkene.
  • Sørge for struktur, orden og renlighed i køkkenets prep- og lagerområder.
  • Assistance ved modtagelse, kontrol og udpakning af råvareleverancer.
  • Assistance ved opvask og rengøring ved behov for at sikre en gnidningsfri drift.

Hvem er du?:

  • Du arbejder struktureret, effektivt og taber ikke humøret, når tempoet skrues op.
  • Du har gerne erfaring fra et professionelt køkken, men vigtigst er din gode energi og din vilje til at tage fat.
  • Du er en udpræget holdspiller, der forstår, at vi i DiningSix altid løfter i flok.
