Vores uniformer er i mat læder, og vores service har kant. Som Shift Manager på KöD Vesterbro bliver du Restaurant Managers forlængede arm på gulvet og den daglige leder i service.

Dine primære opgaver:

  • Koordinering og justering af vagtplanen på dagen i forhold til bookingniveauet i EasyTable.
  • Lægge en klar plan for aftenen: fordeling af ressourcer, stationer og fokusområder på gulvet.
  • Aktiv konflikthåndtering på gulvet i forhold til både gæster og medarbejdere.
  • Oplæring, motivation og løbende udvikling af vores Waiters og Runners.
  • Ansvar for kasseoptælling, afstemning samt sikker åbning og lukning af restauranten.

Hvem er du?:

  • Du har solid erfaring fra gulvet og besidder et naturligt ledelsestalent, der smitter af på teamet.
  • Du trives i tæt samarbejde med den øvrige ledelse for at optimere driften og nå fastsatte KPI'er.
  • Du er struktureret, ansvarsfuld og formår at bevare gejsten og den gode energi under pres.
