  • Develop project timelines, implementation steps, internal and external communication strategies, governance frameworks, and change management plans in coordination with Kodiak and customer leadership.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of all project deliverables.
  • Coordinate and/or oversee coordination (where applicable) of project meetings and all related deliverables such as agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up of next steps to continue moving the project forward.

Scope, Risk & Change Management

  • Manage project scope according to scope of work defined in contract.
  • Identify opportunities for contract amendments, including creating and follow through of execution of amendment.

  • Support customer invoicing and billing processes.
  • Manage and oversee benefit tracking processes and maintain customer ROI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
