STEM akreditasyonuna sahip eğitim yaklaşımımızla, öğrencilerin yalnızca dijital araçları kullanmasını değil; yaratıcılık, problem çözme, tasarım odaklı düşünme ve dijital üretim becerileri geliştirmesini hedefliyoruz.

3D Modelleme ve Dijital Tasarım Eğitmeni olarak göreviniz, Kodland tarafından sağlanan hazır ders materyalleriyle öğrencilerimize online grup dersleri vermek, Blender gibi araçlar üzerinden öğrencilerin 3D tasarım mantığını keşfetmelerine rehberlik etmek ve dersleri eğlenceli, etkileşimli ve öğretici hale getirmek olacaktır.

Bu rolde sizden beklenenler:

• Kodland’ın sağladığı müfredat ve materyallerle online 3D modelleme ve dijital tasarım dersleri yürütmek

• Blender kullanarak öğrencilerin temel modelleme becerilerini geliştirmelerine destek olmak

• Öğrencilere temel 3D modelleme, sahne oluşturma, obje düzenleme, materyal kullanımı, kompozisyon ve dijital tasarım mantığı gibi konularda rehberlik etmek

• Teknik konuları öğrencilerin yaşına ve seviyesine uygun şekilde sade, anlaşılır ve ilgi çekici biçimde anlatmak

• Grup derslerinde öğrencilerin aktif katılımını, yaratıcılığını ve özgün proje üretimini desteklemek

• Öğrencilerin kendi 3D modellerini, dijital tasarımlarını ve proje çalışmalarını oluşturmalarına rehberlik etmek

• Öğrencilerin sınıf içi çalışmalarını, ev ödevlerini ve proje ilerlemelerini düzenli olarak takip etmek

• Öğrenci gelişimiyle ilgili gerekli geri bildirimleri paylaşmak

• Derslerden sonra sınıf raporlarını doldurmak

• Grup sohbetlerini takip etmek ve öğrenci/veli taleplerine zamanında yanıt vermek

• Takım lideri, eğitim departmanı ve operasyon ekibiyle düzenli iletişimde kalmak

• Kalite ekibinden gelen geri bildirimlere açık olmak ve öğretim becerilerinizi geliştirmek

Dersler uzaktan yürütülür. Ders içerikleri, metodolojik materyaller ve onboarding sürecindeki yönlendirmeler Kodland tarafından sağlanır. Öğrenci bulma, ders planlama, ödeme ve operasyonel süreçler Kodland tarafından organize edilir.

Aradığımız profil:

• Blender kullanımı konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak

• 3D modelleme ve dijital tasarım alanına ilgi duymak

• Temel 3D modelleme mantığını öğrencilere aktarabilecek seviyede olmak

• Obje oluşturma, düzenleme, sahne hazırlama, materyal kullanımı ve basit tasarım süreçlerine aşina olmak

• 9 yaş ve üzeri çocuklarla çalışmaya uygun olmak

• Çocuklarla iletişim kurmayı sevmek ve sabırlı bir öğretim yaklaşımına sahip olmak

• Karmaşık teknik konuları sade, anlaşılır ve çocukların seviyesine uygun şekilde açıklayabilmek

• Öğrencilerin derse aktif katılımını sağlayabilecek enerjik ve yönlendirici bir anlatım tarzına sahip olmak

• Online ders yürütmeye uygun bilgisayar, kamera, mikrofon ve stabil internet bağlantısına sahip olmak

• Zoom kullanmaya ve online eğitim araçlarını öğrenmeye açık olmak

• Haftada en az 10 saat uygunluk sağlayabilmek

• Düzenli, sorumluluk sahibi ve iletişimi güçlü olmak

• Dijital beceri testini tamamlamaya istekli olmak

Tercihen:

• Çocuklara veya gençlere ders, atölye, özel ders ya da mentorluk deneyimi olması

• Blender ile proje geliştirme deneyimi olması

• 3D modelleme, dijital tasarım, oyun tasarımı, animasyon veya görsel üretim alanlarında ek bilgi sahibi olmak

• Proje tabanlı öğrenme ve oyunlaştırma yaklaşımına ilgi duymak

• Grup derslerinde sınıf yönetimi yapabilecek iletişim becerisine sahip olmak

• Öğrenci çalışmalarına yapıcı ve gelişim odaklı geri bildirim verebilmek

• Geri bildirim almaya ve öğretim becerilerini geliştirmeye açık olmak
