Você é o tipo de pessoa que se destaca em conversas ao vivo, gosta de fechar negócios e busca alta performance? Estamos procurando especialistas em vendas para trabalhar com o mercado brasileiro.

O que você fará no dia a dia:

  • Conduzir consultorias e apresentações online: Realizar reuniões por vídeo (60 minutos em média) com pais e responsáveis que já agendaram uma aula experimental gratuita para seus filhos.
  • Venda consultiva em sessão única: Compreender as necessidades da família, apresentar o programa educacional ideal e concluir a venda durante a reunião.
  • Sem prospecção ativa: Não há ligações frias (cold calls). Todos os clientes são qualificados e já estão aguardando pela consultoria.
  • Gestão do funil de vendas: Acompanhar o processo até a conversão e registrar os resultados no sistema de CRM.
  • Atingimento de metas (KPIs): Manter foco em resultados e participar ativamente de reuniões e treinamentos da equipe.

O que torna esta oportunidade diferente:

  • Estrutura e Foco: Trabalho remoto em período integral (5 dias por semana), com jornada definida junto ao seu líder e acompanhamento em tempo real.
  • Suporte com IA: Relatórios automatizados por inteligência artificial para reduzir tarefas administrativas e dar foco total às vendas.
  • Descanso garantido: Recesso a cada 3 meses com compensação financeira garantida no período.

Remuneração:

  • Fixo: US$ 500/mês.
  • Comissão: Até 7% sobre as vendas realizadas.
  • Ganhos médios: Entre US$ 800 e US$ 1.200/mês, podendo ultrapassar US$ 1.500/mês para profissionais de alta performance.

Requisitos necessários:

  • Experiência: Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em vendas (preferencialmente vendas online, por telefone ou atendimento consultivo).
  • Disponibilidade: Carga horária de 40 a 45 horas por semana em período integral, com flexibilidade para trabalhar em escalas que incluem finais de semana.
  • Habilidades de Comunicação: Excelente comunicação verbal, capacidade de conduzir apresentações ao vivo, contornar objeções e fechar negócios.
  • Infraestrutura: Conexão estável à internet, equipamento adequado para videochamadas diárias e um plano de contingência para eventuais interrupções.
  • Perfil: Autogestão, foco em metas (KPIs), disciplina para trabalho remoto e facilidade de adaptação a ambientes dinâmicos de alto volume.
