En Kodland, una empresa internacional enfocada en la enseñanza de programación y habilidades digitales para niños y adolescentes, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de asesores comerciales en Latam que deseen formar parte de un equipo dinámico y orientado a resultados.

El rol tiene como objetivo principal asesorar a familias interesadas en programas educativos de tecnología, presentando nuestras soluciones formativas y acompañando el proceso de decisión hasta el cierre de la venta.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Presentar y asesorar a padres y estudiantes sobre los programas educativos de Kodland.
  • Realizar presentaciones comerciales orientadas a destacar el valor de la educación en programación.
  • Gestionar el proceso de venta desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre.
  • Cumplir objetivos comerciales y mantener una tasa de conversión eficiente.
  • Construir relaciones de confianza con potenciales clientes.

Condiciones y beneficios

  • Modalidad 100% remota.
  • Horario flexible dentro de las siguientes franjas:
  • Lunes a viernes: 16:00 – 22:00 hora colombia
  • Fines de semana: 11:00 – 22:00 hora colombia
  • Esquema de compensación basado en comisiones de hasta 13% por venta, más pago fijo por cada presentación realizada.
  • Bonificaciones adicionales e incentivos por desempeño.
  • Ingreso promedio estimado de 800 usd mensuales, dependiendo del rendimiento (fácilmente pudiéndose duplicar) y en moneda local.

  • Experiencia previa en ventas o asesoría comercial.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar entre 30 y 35 horas semanales.
