Vi söker en erfaren och serviceinriktad teamledare som är stolt över att skapa en ren, välorganiserad och välkomnande arbetsmiljö. Du är en naturlig ledare som tar initiativ, motiverar andra och gärna hittar sätt att förbättra det dagliga arbetet. Ansvarsområden:

  • Samordna och prioritera dagliga arbetsuppgifter inom Maintenance and Facility-teamet.
  • Vägleda och stötta medarbetare samt säkerställa tydlig kommunikation och ett effektivt samarbete.
  • Säkerställa att kontor, produktionsområden, personalutrymmen och gemensamma ytor håller en hög standard vad gäller renlighet och ordning.
  • Övervaka dagliga städ- och serviceuppgifter, inklusive tvätt, lunchutrymmen, avfallshantering och iordningställande av konferensrum.
  • Följa upp kvaliteten på arbetet och identifiera möjligheter att förbättra rutiner och arbetssätt.
  • Samordna med andra avdelningar för att tillgodose lokalernas behov och säkerställa en välfungerande daglig verksamhet.
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av städning, fastighetsservice, hotell- och restaurangbranschen eller liknande verksamhet.
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av en roll som teamledare, arbetsledare eller samordnare.
  • God organisatorisk förmåga och förmåga att planera, prioritera och fördela arbetsuppgifter effektivt.
  • Ett proaktivt och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt samt förmåga att ta ansvar och fatta självständiga beslut.
  • Stor noggrannhet och en vilja att upprätthålla höga standarder för renlighet och service.
  • Mycket god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga samt förmåga att stötta och motivera kollegor.
  • Ett flexibelt och praktiskt förhållningssätt samt en vilja att hjälpa till där det behövs.
  • Goda muntliga kunskaper i engelska, eftersom vi arbetar i en internationell miljö.
