Koerner Ford of Syracuse, Inc is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure high-quality service for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and technology
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle issues and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Stay up to date with the latest Ford automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an automotive service technician.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
