What You Will Do

  • Design and develop power supply hardware using DC-DC and AC-DC topologies, single-phase and three-phase, for applications ranging from 50W to 2kW
  • Develop schematics and layouts, both rigid and rigid-flex, applying PWB layout best practices
  • Perform simulation and analysis on power supply circuitry
  • Lead board and system level bring-up and integration
  • Build and execute subsystem and system level verification and validation test plans
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers
  • Contribute as part of a cross functional team through the full integrated product development lifecycle

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of power supply design experience including simulation and analysis in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years using schematic capture tools; DxDesigner and PADS preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects within power supply design
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Secret security clearance

Strongly Preferred

  • Power supply simulation tools such as LTSPICE or MATLAB
  • Isolated converter topologies and design principles including PFC
  • Designing and evaluating power supplies to MIL-STD-704 or MIL-STD-1275
  • EMI design and test techniques for conducted and radiated emissions and susceptibility, MIL-STD-461
  • Continuous improvement techniques for manufacturing
  • Configuration management software, Agile preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range of $92,500 to $171,500. Final offer depends on experience and other factors. Benefits include health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
