Die Position • Du sorgst mit einem Team von rund 15 Spezialist:innen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb verschiedener IT-Services und stellst eine exzellente Kundenbetreuung sicher • Du schaffst die notwendigen Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen, damit dein Team effizient arbeiten kann und den Kunden ein top Service geboten wird #Automatisierung #Service-Management • Mit deiner Expertise und deinen Leadership-Qualitäten führst, entwickelst, motivierst und coachst du dein Team – fachliche und personelle Führung • Du bist ein:e Macher:in, gehst als gutes Beispiel voran und packst gerne selbst mit an • Zusammen mit den anderen Geschäftsbereichen und dem Geschäftsführer optimierst und entwickelst du das Dienstleistungsportfolio kontinuierlich und zielgerichtet weiter

Dein Profil • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich • Ausgeprägte technische Kenntnisse und ein breites IT-Verständnis • Führungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und inspirieren • Sehr gute Problemlösungskompetenz und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsgeschick, um komplexe Themen klar und verständlich zu vermitteln • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
