Meillä on hyvä tuote, paljon asiantuntemusta, kiinnostavia asiakkaita ja parikymmentä persoonaa, joista ammentaa sisältöä. Etsimme nyt Social Media Content Creatoria, joka ottaa some- ja erityisesti lyhytvideosisältömme omakseen.

Emme etsi valmiin sisältökalenterin toteuttajaa, vaan tekijää, joka näkee itse mahdollisuuksia, keksii idean, tarttuu kameraan, kuvaa, editoi ja vie sisällön julkaisuun asti. Ja kyllä, viihdyt mielelläsi myös itse kameran edessä.

Koho on suomalainen SaaS-toiminnanohjausjärjestelmä, joka auttaa asiantuntijayrityksiä hallitsemaan muun muassa asiakkuuksia, projekteja, työaikaa ja laskutusta. Asiakkaitamme ovat esimerkiksi tilitoimistot, isännöintitoimistot sekä erilaiset projekti- ja asiantuntijayritykset.

Kohderyhmämme on B2B- ja asiantuntijapainotteinen. Sinun tehtäväsi on löytää tapoja puhua näille ihmisille kiinnostavasti, hyödyllisesti ja Kohon näköisesti.

Mitä pääset tekemään?

Roolisi ytimessä ovat lyhytvideot. Saat paljon vapautta rakentaa Kohon somea eteenpäin, kehittää uusia sisältöideoita ja kokeilla, mikä toimii.

Sisällöt voivat olla asiantuntijavideoita, haastatteluja, ajankohtaisiin aiheisiin tarttuvia sisältöjä, vinkkejä tai rennompia videoita Kohon ihmisistä ja arjesta. Osa tehtävääsi on myös keksiä, mitä meidän kannattaisi tehdä seuraavaksi.

Käytännössä tehtäviisi kuuluu:

· lyhytvideoiden ideointi, kuvaaminen, editointi ja julkaiseminen

· esiintyminen itse osassa Kohon videosisältöjä

· uusien sisältöideoiden, formaattien ja konseptien kehittäminen

· asiantuntijasisältöjen tekeminen yhdessä Kohon asiantuntijoiden kanssa

· muun sosiaalisen median sisällön suunnittelu ja toteutus

· sisältökalenterin ylläpito sekä sisältöjen toimivuuden seuraaminen ja kehittäminen

· Kohon osallistumisen koordinointi muutamille alan messuille ja tapahtumiin vuosittain

· mahdollisten pienempien asiakas- ja sidosryhmätilaisuuksien järjestäminen.

Kenelle tämä rooli sopii?

Etsimme tekijää, jolla on näkemystä siitä, mikä somessa toimii, mutta ennen kaikkea kykyä viedä ideat käytäntöön.

· kokemusta lyhytvideoiden tekemisestä ja kykyä toteuttaa video itsenäisesti ideasta valmiiksi julkaisuksi

· luontevuutta kameran edessä ja halua esiintyä itse osana sisältöjä

· ymmärrystä siitä, mikä saa katsojan pysähtymään ja kiinnostumaan

· hyvää ymmärrystä eri somekanavista ja niiden sisältöformaateista

· luovuutta ja kykyä löytää kiinnostavia näkökulmia myös asiantuntija-aiheisiin

· hyvää visuaalista silmää ja sujuvaa kirjoitustaitoa

· oma-aloitteisuutta, rohkeutta kokeilla ja kykyä saada myös muut mukaan

· järjestelmällisyyttä ja koordinointikykyä

· sujuvaa suomen ja hyvää englannin kielen taitoa.
